One app, many faces
We delivered a multi-touch campaign introducing the new Chick-fil-A One app to our 2.8 million+ insiders. With an initiative to spark hype and ease potential users into all of the unique features.
A welcome series was sent to our customers nationwide who had downloaded the app. Basic "how-to" steps outlined the ease-of-use in a clear and visual list. Our CTAs used a cross-platform approach to take the user directly into the app for ordering on the spot.
For those subscribers who hadn't committed, we targeted our most valued users: the Cow Calendar members. Attached to their monthly offer was a promotion for the app, and how it rewarded with even more treats.
The Chick-fil-A One App was downloaded by 3.4 million people. This is approximately 1 out of every 100 Americans. Our metrics showed that a 9.13% click-through rate upon the launch date helped boost the download number to the top spot in June.
